MY HIBISCUS DOES NOT BLOOM WELL. IT SITS IN FRONT OF AN EAST=SOUTH GLASS SLIDING DOOR AND LEAFS OUT WELL AND SENDS UP BRANCHES THAT I HAVE TO TRIM BUT DOES NOT BLOOM WELL. I DO FERTILIZE AND WATER. I USED TO DRAG IT OUTSIDE EVERY YEAR TO THE PATIO BUT Sighing! Sighing! Sighing! Sighing! Sticking tongue out BUGS GOT ON IT AND IT BECAME TOO HEAVY FOR ME EVEN THO IT BLOOMED VERY WELL JUST OUTSIDE THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR.

Im a rookie, ill try 2 give an idea but My guess is either A.) not enough sun maybe put a mirror adjacent the window or grow bulb in a desk lamp. B.) Try a DIY foliar spray it makes mine bloom like crazy after a few days i just get; 1 Gallon or so distilled water. 6 cut up organic banana peels, 12 fine crushed eggshells nlet sit about 24 hours then add 1 tsp of like phosphate free dishsoap and further dilute it with 3 more gallons of distilled water then put in a pump sprayer ,sometimes ill also further add 1Tbsp chelated iron and/or 1 Tbsp fish fertilizer to 1 Gallon of the dilluted spray we just made for better green also. That worked on mine and make sure you r rotating the pot around like once a week to the sun

Just keep in mind that foliar sprays dont fix the underlying condition of y they arent blooming just a quick little patch. But Also it may attract bugs so be prepared with an insecticide. I used neem oil but i keep mine outside for summer and had adpids and ants come after spraying. U might not get that problem indoors but i wouldnt use the fish indoors either.
