Certainly!
I recently attempted to grow carrots from seeds a decade old... that didn't work... but a year old? easy.

I am growing beets from 10 year old seeds. As long as the seeds stay dry, chances are they will germinate for several years. If kept cool and dry, indefinately.

I'm not having much luck with some 30 year old Joshua tree seeds though. Hilarious!
