Someone kindly pointed out it was a Graptopetalum but considering it's extremely unique color of green and a deep redish brown, I'm not sure which one this is.

I think the name of that Sedum is different. Our database entry has lots of pictures:

Golden Sedum (Sedum nussbaumerianum)

I'm not sure if this is what the plant in the original post is, but I thought maybe some images would help you decide.
