OH
I recently bought a Chinadoll indoor plant. It was in great shape and has glossy green leaves. However because of my cat I had to temporarily place it in a bathroom upstairs which gets lots of light. Today I noticed it has tiny little specks on many of the leaves. They do come off with light rubbing. I see some on the underside too. What can these be? I enclose a picture. If these are mites, how do I safely get rid of them?

A tiny seed becomes a plant, tree, or flower. Nothing short of a miracle!

Mealybugs are tiny white bugs on houseplants, and most commonly look like white fuzzy stuff on plants leaves and stems. This is what you can use to kill them, my fav is the medical wipes. Just use the wipe or alcohol cotton swabs to wipe away the mealybugs. Get top and bottom of the leaves and stems and then check back on your plants daily until they're gone. .

NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
