Can anybody tell me what this plant is…? It doesn't have any height and has been growing along a bunch of rocks in my garden… I have no idea what it is. I also have some that looks very similar but is a deep red and maroon. They almost look like succulents to me but it's like a vine and there's a bunch of it.

Looks like sedum (stonecrop), possibly the variety "Blue Spruce" or similar. It's a hardy ground cover, often planted in rock gardens. There are a lot of different sedum varieties, can you post a picture of the red one?
