Around the third week of April I planted Thuja Green Giants that I purchased. They're between 6 &7 feet tall and was wondering if I need to cover them for an upcoming frost/freeze? I'm in western PA and we had a frost the end of April in which the ends did turn brown. I thought they would be able to withstand a frost.
Thank you!

You shouldn't need to cover them but, water them well. Cold weather is very dehydrating.
