Having a hard time IDing this tree. It looks like a Tree Peony but not positive.
The trunk is about 12"
Its about 15' tall

Definitely a tree peony...just not sure which type...

I think it's Tree Peony (Paeonia x suffruticosa 'Kamata-nishiki')
