Hi

Hope someone may be able to help?

I have an east facing garden with a wire fence and concrete posts down one side which is not too pleasing on the eye ( please see example picture)
I would like recommendations for plants (not ivy) that I could grow up it. The garden is quite small so I do not really want anything bushy that will reduce the garden size,

Many thanks
Chris

You don't won't ivy's or shrubs, so I don't think plants won't help you there, you need something mechanical, like screening or something else. You can get individual pieces of metal for cyclone fences like yours that are inexpensive. They are called Cyclone slats and can be purchased in many different colors.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
