No wait until you see your first sprout pop up before you put them in the sun. It takes a while sometimes 14 days for some seeds. When you first see green sprouts, move them outdoors and start them in a cool spot with a little morning sun. Be careful because you don't want to burn them, so slowly move them in more sun each day.

Be sure and don't plant your seeds too deep, because if they are too deep, they will never make to the top of the surface. If they are planted too shallow, they will dry out before the seed can germinate and the shallow seeds will grow lanky and spindly and fall over easy.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
