This is an as yet undescribed species (meaning it has not yet been scientifically addressed and given a species name) of Ardisia called Ardisia sp. 'Turtle Back'. It is quite rare. I have obtained a specimen and wondered if it could be put in the database

Hi Gina,

Is this being marketed as 'Turtle Back' at the moment? If so, we could add a cultivar entry for it and you could then add a comment explaining it is an undescribed species. Then once we have an official name for it we can update the entry.

I was surprised he traded it to me, but what I had to trade was equally rare

@Gina1960 - I have added an entry for it here:
Ardisia 'Turtle Back'

If you could add as much information about it as possible, plus a comment explaining that it is a currently undescribed species, that would be great.
