Not sure if this is bug damage, but it's too early in the bloom season so I'm afraid it might be fungus. From what I've read - it's time to remove from your garden when this happens since it's near impossible to fix. Any thoughts?

Yes we have had some cold days since these leaves came in. Is there anything I can do or should I just leave it alone?

It looks like frost damage to me. The new leave look fine.

Not really anything you can do . I would most likely leave it alone unless you want to take out some of the damaged leaves for the appearance.
