Help, what is going on with my apple seedlings? They look like they're turning brown at the tip. They've been planted to a peat moss/perlite mix. Are we doing something wrong?

Welcome!

Why straight peat moss (and perlite)? Peat moss is highly acidic but contains no nutrients, not the right environment for most seedlings.
