My jade plant grows and it seems the stalks are too top heavy that it drops. Should I prune it? Or is this normal growth?

It needs more light. What direction does that window face? Can you lift the blinds?

The leaves and stems will grow in the direction of the light so rotate the pot so the weaker side faces the window. The very long, leaning stems can be pruned back without harm to the plant.
