Your "plant" is a single rooted leaf of Sweetheart Hoya (Hoya kerrii)

Unfortunately, the past few years nurseries and garden centers have been selling single potted leaves around Valentines Day and although a single leaf will root, it likely won't grow into the normal vining plant unless a part of the main plant stem was left attached. It's a plant I grew years ago and it has pretty flowers that are very fragrant!
