My eucalyptus tree leaves are dying. How often should I water? How much should I water? Should I pick off the dead leaves?

Eucalyptus are not house plants. Take it outside.

Full sun (you will have to acclimate it), water when the soil starts to dry.

I live in south Alabama. So when you say acclimate it do you mean put it in the shade or bring it inside a few hours?

Put it outside in the shade (like the porch). Leave it for a week then move it out under a tree (dappled shade or light shade) for another week. In the third week, find a spot with morning sun. That will be its permanent home.

If you have room for a tree, plant it.

So I've put it outside in the shade and more leaves are starting to wilt. And the soil is moist. What gives?

Its been less than a week; plants don't react that fast. Let the soil dry a little before you water.
