I wanted to check if my Peace Lily needed watering after it's rain water bath and found these! Please help me identify them. The soil is a 50/50 indoor gardening soil and worm castings and watered/washed recently by rain water (if that helps). Are they good for the soil? Are they good for the plant? I have no idea! Please help!

Looks like some sort of centipede. If so, they normally eat other bugs. I would remove them from the soil top and scoot them outside.

Thanks! I scooped them up, washed the roots, and changed the media all together. I even sprayed a little 3% hydrogen peroxide on it for extra measure. Hopefully they don't come back because I feel like I could not have a break these days.
