I agree completely that it is a Zygopetalum! These guys are so pretty but I have not had any luck growing these guys.

Whatever you are doing with it, keep it up. Congratulations!
I think it looks more like straight Zygopetalum intermedium.

i think you nailed it Bill = Zygopetalum intermedium
and there is a 2nd stalk getting ready to bloom Smiling
