Hi everyone. I got my majesty palm about a month ago. It sits in a sunroom against an Eastern facing window, so it gets plenty of light. I mist it almost every day to help with moisture since it can be dry when its cold in Michigan. I also water it once a week with bottled water. The leaves on the bottom fronds have started to yellow and eventually the entire frond went yellow. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

thanks in advance.

Welcome! Majesty Palms have a very poor record when used as indoor plants. They need a lot of sunlight, copious water and nutrients and fresh air. They are also highly prone to spider mite infestations. They rarely last for more than a year when indoors. There are other Palm species that do well indoors.
