A kitchen garden is grown in the kitchen window or under a portable growing lamp in the kitchen. The plants are usually herbs that can be used fresh in the kitchen.
A vegetable garden is outdoors in the ground so larger veggies can be grown. Vegetable gardens can also be as small as a square foot in the ground or a large area the size of a large room. What ever size area you can manage. I hope that helps
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
