I cannot plant in soil. Period. Also, i got 2 options: hellhole balcony or indoors...

I would start them under lights and then when they are about 4 inches tall, move them out on the balcony to get better lighting. They are worth the time and effort! Happy Gardening.

...i got 1 larger than 4 inches..likely an offshoot...
