Hello I have this ivy, which is withered. Is there a chance that it will revive or not? If yes, how could I do it?

Hello, I bought this orchid last month, I have placed that in a semi shadow place and water it once a week, but the flowers have all fallen. Can you please help me? Do I do something wrong?

The ivy is dead, sorry.
