does anyone know what type of plants these are? i believe the flowering one (blue pot) is some type of jade but im unsure of which kind & i am totally unsure of what the other (red pot) is.

oh wow, thanks so much! do you know how long the kalancohe blossfeldiana will live? ive already had it for 5ish years. will it stay alive so long as i kept taking care them?

Probably. I think these non monocarp kalanchoe live as shrubs in habitat, ive seen some maintained for longer periods of time...

The Kalanchoe should thrive for a long time as long as it doesn't stay wet for extended periods. I've lost a few over the years that were left out in summer rains and the soil stayed saturated for too long.
