What are some easy fruits and veggies for beginners to grow in a slanted garden?

Peppers, okra, tomatoes. and fruit would be more difficult on a slanted garden.

When you refer to a slanted garden, how severe is the slant? What percentage grade? Could you possibly post a pic? This would help for a better answer.
