Hello,

Could you please check what's wrong with my hybrid tea rose? It started last fall, I cut the branches for winter, but it continued this spring... Leaves become lumpy, buds have a lot of new leaves around. There is normal amount of thorns, so I hope that this is not Rose Rosetta Desease...

What is it and is there any cure?

What type of fertilizer do you use? It also looks like a bit of nitrogen toxicity

I am located in Northern VA. I used manure as a fertilizer.
