I have a few questions about my fiddle leaf. We had a rough start together due to lack of sunlight and a bad pot. She is now very happy and sprouting leaf after leaf up top but I'm noticing these buds that are showing up on top of the spots where the leaves fell off below when she was unhappy. I'm wondering if these are going to turn into something like maybe a new leaf? I'm also wondering if maybe I should consider a bigger pot. She got repotted last summer/early fall. Also would appreciate any advice on how to help her fill back in. I tried some notching but had no luck. Attached are photos of the pot and the buds

It is too early to tell if those incipient buds will mature and develop into new leaves. Time will tell. A larger pot will actually discourage their development.
Notching rarely works. This is not a plant that branches readily. Sometimes pruning and pinching out new leaf growth helps.
