Hi ,
Can you tell me if you can move bulbs from a shady area to a sunny area. The bulbs don't seem to be doing very well in the shady area. Also when is the best time to transfer them?

Thank You

Welcome to the site!

Most bulbs need excellent drainage, and full sun. Best time to transplant (depending on the bulbs) is when the leaves have turned yellow. What kind of bulbs?
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
