Soft flower looks like top of carrots. No odor. Coming up where my Larkspur was last year but now appearing all over the yard.

Cosmos, pineapple weed, some Artemisia are very feathery.

Since you said they're growing where you previously had Larkspur growing, I'm pretty sure those are volunteer Larkspur plants that came up after your last crop reseeded themselves. They do reseed readily and yours look extremely healthy.

I agree They look like Larkspur.
