My thought is that many members (even long term members) like @Frilylily may be unaware that the database photo comment area is where we should make notification about a possible incorrect photo. Perhaps she didn't realize she was supposed to enlarge the database photo and then scroll all the way to the very bottom of that page to report an incorrect entry and that it would then show up in the "Plant Photos" forum.
