I'm struggling with my monstera. I have one which is doing so well but from day 1 this one has struggled.

It has lots of light and water. I don't water when the soil is wet on top. I have also fertilized last month.

When a new leaf grows it seems to be damaged before opening.

Is it sun burnt?!

What can I do to get my plant looking healthy again!

That does look like sunburn to me, but I'm not an expert on these plants. Hopefully Gina will see this post and reply. She's the one with the answers.
Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.
