Hi there, I was hoping to see if anyone had thoughts on my Monstera's leaves.

I'm pretty new at the plant mum life and brought this Monstera home nearly a week ago and placed it on a very shaded balcony. I've just noticed these spots on my leaves which I'm a little concerned about spreading to my non-affected leaves. If it's fungal do I need to remove them? ( I hope not!) Blinking

Welcome! Those are minor blemishes that cannot be avoided. They are not symptoms of a fungal infection.

If you have it outside, make sure temps don't drop below 55 degrees F. and be sure as the sun moves during the day, the sun's rays never fall directly on the leaves.

Fantastic, thank you so much!

I'll make sure it's positioned well to avoid harsh direct sunlight Smiling
