It's grown SO much and loves the light in this room. I'd like to get another one, but I don't know what it is. Can someone help?

A very nice plant. Anthurium?

The leaves look similar to an Anthurium, but I've had it a couple years and it's never flowered! What else could it be??

I need help! My plant is not doing so well. The stems have turned red, and the leaves are all losing color and dying. The plant has become very sticky too. I checked underneath the leaves and don't see any insects.
