It's a type of jade. Needs way more light. That's why the leaves are really long.

Finger Jade (Crassula ovata 'Gollum')

Low light will cause the stems to grow longer and weaker, and unable to hold much weight once the plant grows some more.

Ok so I went to the data base and explored. Mine is Crassula ovata "Gollum" rather then "Ogre Ears" ??

The ends of the leaves should go red if it gets more light, which looks quite nice imo.

I agree with Baja. Definitely Gollum Jade.

Give it good light and it will look like this. Like the others mentioned they do get heavy.
