I have a evergreen on my backyard. The inner of the tree is turning brown, please see the screenshot for more detail. If anyone can tell me what wrong with my tree, I really appreciate your help.

Nothing. With evergreens like this, that browning is natural. The tree is growing so well, so dense, that the inner growth is shaded out by the outer growth.
