I have a Sinocrassula Yunnanensis. The last time I watered was around 2 weeks ago and I only gave it a few drops of water. Recently, noticed that the stem is weak.. is this due to overwatering?

I have another succulent, where the stem turns black and it broke off easily when pulled. This is due to overwatering??
