Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can help me identify this tree in my yard? I'd also appreciate any care tips to make the tree thrive as some leaves are turning yellow and some have holes in them. I attached some pictures below. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome!

Its some kind of Ligustrum. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Ditto on privet... as an invasive, the rest of us are busily digging them out whenever we spot them...

Really don't think you are going to need to do anything to encourage your privet.

Thank you for the answers. I didn't realize it is invasive. Sighing! I will watch the growth of the plant and consider removing it.
