|I am transferring a mature, raised vegetable garden bed to a new location, and I want to transfer the good soil in it. But there are invasive vine roots in the soil, too. If I accidentally get small pieces of the vine roots in the soil I am transferring, will they survive and invade the new bed? Or will they die since they got chopped of from the main roots? Thank you for your knowledge.|

What kind of vine?
Many vines will resprout from broken pieces of root whether the vines are invasive or not.
It is actually a time tested way of propagation...
some things grow from stem cuttings, other things from root cuttings.
