this is a seedling grown by me in it's third year

Do I have something different?

It is a pale green , different in color than anything else I have seed.

I think you would have to see the blooms to tell more about the seedling.
Here is a photo of 'Neon'. I'm not sure which others have really pale green leaves. It should bloom the end of summer/early fall for you. Keep us posted. Thumbs up
