I would like to know if I send a tree mail to thank someone for answering my question, do they receive my
personal email?

If you are asking whether they are able to see your personal email address outside of this site, no. They only see your tree mail address. You receive an email at the email address that you used to open your account here, letting you know that you have received a treemail, but that personal address is not shared with the membership.
