My pineapple sage leaves are turning a grey/white. It doesn't look like powdery mildew. It's come on In the last few days.

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome! I don't think it is PM, I've had that often enough, and it doesn't look like it to me. And your other plants are happy and healthy looking. PM has a bad habit of spreading! Frankly, I'm stumped! I've grown pineapple sage for years, and I've never seen this before. I would spray it with Neem oil, it couldn't hurt, and it might help. This may be some kind of fungus, just not sure. I'm hoping someone else will weigh in on this. Crossing Fingers!
