I suspect that is a Pieris japonica.

Some closeup pictures of its component parts - leaves, buds, stems, flowers, etc. - will confirm.

Definitely Pieris.

A favourite one in UK is Pieris Forest Flame.
The new red leaves have been caught by frost.
It will recover.
