So, I'm a first timer when it comes to succulents. I went to a nursery with my mother and we both picked out a succulent. I chose Cubic Frost. Fast forward a few weeks and now only the bottom leaves are yellow, wrinkly, and a little soft but not extremely mushy. What am I doing wrong? I have the plant in a 3 inch pot and the plant is 2.5 inches across. I also have it in a south facing window with a fan on it so the soil dries out faster. I know the soil I bought (Home Depot cactus soil) isn't the best so I'm trying not to water it too much. I've only watered it twice since I've had it.
Please help me :(

Welcome!

It looks relatively good. I see a couple new little pups at the base of the stem. Does the pot have a drain hole? You may not be watering enough (twice in a few weeks in such a small pot is not a lot of water) but, if the pot doesn't have drainage, the plant will slowly fail, no matter how little water you give it.

Hi Daisyl! Thank you so much for replying!
Thankfully, my pot does have a drainage hole in the bottom! I will try gradually increasing my watering schedule to see if that helps. Again, thank you!!

It looks okay to me too. When you do water, water to completion (until water comes out the hole at the bottom).

Welcome!
