Welcome! you will find few plants that actually flower the year around, especially if you live in a climate that has cold winters. You can have, however, flowers that will bloom from Spring through Fall. These could include; for hanging baskets; petunias, calibrochoa, lantana, verbena. For pots; roses, echinaceas, verbena, geraniums, salvia, vinca, impatiens, (shade), marigolds,. Many of these plant would need to be deadheaded ( spent blooms removed) on a regular basis to keep them blooming. Some of these are annuals, you would need to replant these every year; others are perennial, which would return year after year.
