Problem with Rose plant! Need help

Seattle, WA (Zone 8b)
By mistake I overfertilized the rose plants. Now I see stems burning and leaves falling off. Can someone suggest me what should I do so rose plants do not get burned.
How can I neutralize the excess fertilizer?
