I purchased this plant a couple of months ago and am still getting used to caring for it. I noticed about 2 weeks ago that the bottom leaves were wrinkling. I know this is normal and happens when the plant is getting ready for new growth. However last night I noticed half the plant is now wrinkled and strange looking. I will add. Before and after pics. I hope someone can help me save this baby

The soil got too wet at some point. Your succulent can only hold so much water in the leaves, and if you give them water when the leaves are full, the cells will burst and collapse. I water mine about every 2 or 3 weeks.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌

There's nothing else you can do at this time.
