Hello,

I think I posted here before but I have an issue/question about my yucca plant. I just bought it last year. I have lots and lots of light in my apartment but it doesn't seem to be thriving. I have kept in the original pot.

From dirt to top of plant is 29". The pot it is in is 8" w by 8" height. I have placed risers under the soil pot so it comes up the edge of the actual pot.

Do I need a bigger pot and generally how big? I don't want to go too big for the plant.

Thank you,
Renzo

Your Yucca plant is doing well in the container its in, and for that reason, I wouldn't transplant now. It looks perfect, and if it were me, I would leave it be.

It will stay in that pot indefinitely. It appears to be fine, but if you want it to do better, give it more direct sunlight if that is an option. Make sure the top inch of soil gets very dry before you water it.

Hello there,

An update...the Yucca doesn't seem to be doing well. Do these plants come back from the edge if proper action is taken? Might not show in photo but the leaves seem to be drooping.

Thanks,
Renzo

You need to position it nearer to your window for more light.
