Was given some flowers with no tags. Not sure what it is so I don't know how to take care of it.

I'm thinking of a wilted Lobelia erinus?

Yes! That's it! But why is it wilted? I've watered it and the soil is moist and I keep it in a sunny window which also has a grow light in the room

I think it is completely root bound. The roots need to be teased out and the plants separated and planted out in a much larger pot or in the ground.
