I found this queen palm that someone was going to throw away and took it into my apartment. It was still in its original greenhouse black "pot" so I moved it into a bigger one; and I noticed it has this white stuff all over it. I haven't seen a single bug on it, but in areas the white is almost fuzzy, and in others it's just a thin coat. It also looks like there's webs in between the leaves, but that may be from a spider I don't really know. Please help, I wanna save this poor palm

Welcome! Your Palm has a serious mealybug infestation that will be very difficult to treat effectively. That is probably why it was abandoned.

This is a plant that does not fare well as an indoor plant, so even if you successfully treat the mealybugs, the plant is likely to continue to decline. You might consider "returning" it.
