Working from home gives me opportunity to check on my flowers often. I took these pictures of Cotillion Gown over the span of five days. (The last two pictures are from the morning and evening of day 5.) Taking these pictures made me appreciate it all the more. I don't know what's more beautiful, a flower in its full glory, or when it's just on the cusp of decline. I'm sure a poet has written about it somewhere!

Tienito, A beautiful flower. Smiling Did it really last 5 days?! That's amazing! I get about 2 days per bloom.

I've never photographed a flower each day and looked at how it changes. That was a cool example Thumbs up

I wonder what the average is. Does anyone know? CG seems to have good substance, so I'm guessing that each flower lasts longer than average.
