Are these spider mites? and if yes how do I deal with them???

I'm not sure what you are seeing, but they are not spider mites that appear on leaf surfaces, not stems or soil.

I do some white fungus on the surface of the soil. It appears that your plant was repotted in heavy, non-sterile, contaminated garden soil. If so, the roots may suffocate unless you are very careful about letting the soil get quite dry between waterings.
