My first thought was maybe Common Purslane (Portulaca oleracea) but your photo doesn't enlarge for my old eyes to see it clearly.

This gets tiny yellow flowers on it and it comes up every year and it gets really long shoots

My thought was also Purslane. Maybe you can post better photos?

It spreads easily. Perhaps a small piece rooted or something. I see it popping up in places from time to time...
