My first thought was maybe Common Purslane (Portulaca oleracea) but your photo doesn't enlarge for my old eyes to see it clearly.

This gets tiny yellow flowers on it and it comes up every year and it gets really long shoots

My thought was also Purslane. Maybe you can post better photos?

FYI: A Korean neighbor told me it is edible. I tried it and it tastes pretty good. If you can't get rid of it, eat it. Rolling on the floor laughing
